Personal coaching
The personal coach whose services are available to all workshops, provides personal help and
support in
matters related to getting into education and finding employment. The coach may also assist the
participants in other matters, such as housing. When need be, the young person is guided to seek advice
from the appropriate experts.
An individual training or employment plan is drawn up for every participant at the beginning of the
workshop period. The plan is based on the young person's own goals, strengths and development needs.
In addition to the young person, the personal coach and work coach take part in drawing up the plan.
The plan includes a plan of action both for the workshop period and the time after that. All parties
are committed to implementation of the plan as well as evaluation and monitoring of the implementation
during the workshop period.
