Start Business Center supports new business start-ups and facilitates growth

The Oulu Regional Business Agency’s incubator Start Business Center provides services and support to young businesses, and to enterprises that are in a new phase of developing their business activities.

We seek entrepreneurs, who have the will and need to develop innovative ideas in their respective field of business.

We offer free of charge:

• networks and current information about the Oulu Region business environment development of your business skills
