An art year in the Oulu Museum of Art consist of changing exhibitions and museum´s permanent collections. Art museum arranges events such as workshops, lectures and guided tours. It also has a substantial knowledge in producing public art.

The location of the museum in almost a hundred years old, idyllic industrial milieu gives and exquisite framework to museums versatile programme. A walk from the centre to the museum takes only five minutes. The beautiful Ainoa park provides You with some colourful scenes.
